Khampare Chiang Mai Hotel

This is a surprisingly good value for the price you pay. Room is spacious, n have personal balcony. Bed is super comfy. Theres morning breakfast too. hot water available 24/7 at pantry as theres no kettle in room. Staff was friendly. Location is a lil away from downtown, n away from the expressway, so its quiet from vehicle noises. Theres few eateries within walking distance. PAO park is walking distance

Just to highlight that this area is so happen to be on the path of airport airstrip, so at times depending on the plane glide angle, you may hear planes. But CNX isnt a busy airport so it aint that bad. Also stray dogs from nearby property. just try to assert dominance n dont run, you'll be fine

The toilet. The staff. The area (need a motorcycle or car to move around but it was quiet and had a good cafe next doors). The blanket and bedsheets. The balcony. The small breakfast in the morning. The livingroom for the guests (they had a guitar, I did not play of course).

The bed was squeeky. Under the bed there was a lot of dust (not an issue, it's just something interesting to notice, please clean under the bed).

Hotel was clean, bright and stylish. All staff were friendly and helpful. Simple breakfast available. Coffee, Tea and drinking water available all day. Location was good. It's close to the lake and park. Not too far from restaurants and downtown.

This comment is not negative. Overall, this place was good. I stayed at 3rd floor. This place has no elevator. It might not good if you travel with bicycle and heavy stuff. However, on the day I arrived at hotel, It's pretty late in the evening and staff (man) asked if I need help to carry my bag to my room. That's very impressive!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room door lock failed one morning, and they fixed it straight away. Every morning there was a simple continental breakfast, and on some mornings there were home-made porridge - was pleasantly surprised by their hospitality! The dining room & lounge room was very homey and nicely decorated, really enjoyed hanging out there!

The twin bedroom was a little small for 2 people, wished there was a little more space.

The bathroom is great, confy bed

No switch at the bed to turn off the light, recurrent in Thailand
