My stay was extremely pleasant. Upon arrival, I was upgraded to a higher room category, and throughout my visit everything consistently exceeded expectations. The kindness, impeccable service, and professionalism of the attentive staff made the entire experience exceptional.

Hotel di charme a pochi passi da un mare spendido (peccato per il meltemi che ci ha accompagnato per tutto il nostro soggiorno) , staff estremamente gentile e professionale che ci ha fornito tutta l’assistenza possibile anche quando mio marito si è ammalato e siamo dovuti andare alla guardia medica . Il molo per prendere il taxi boat (il Cui costo è di 7 euro al giorno a persona ) per raggiungere tutte le splendide spiagge dell’isola e il porto si trova a pochi passi dalla struttura . I ristoranti sono raggiungibili a piedi in 15/20 min oppure tramite il servizio navetta messo a disposizione dell’hotel sino alle 22. Il servizio colazione (abbondante e vario) si svolge sino alle 11

Excellent location and exceptionally kind staff, always ready to help and offer great advice on places to visit around the island. We especially appreciated the hotel’s provision of sun umbrellas and beach chairs, as well as the complimentary transfers to and from the port on arrival and departure, and to the city upon request.

The rooms could benefit from some modernization. While the shabby chic style adds character, it can make the spaces feel somewhat dated, with too many decorative pieces. A bit more attention to detail would also enhance the experience—for instance, ensuring hangers are in good condition and consistent. To fully reflect the standards of a 4-star hotel and to justify the price, it would be great to see additional services and facilities, such as an all-day restaurant or a pool, as well as tours and other activities.
