Hotell oli heas asukohas, kergelt ligipääsetav, oma parklaga. Personal oli hea suhtlusoskusega. Hommikusöök oli olemas - vastavalt hotelli soodsale hinnaklassile. Toa sisustus oli minimalistlik aga igati puhas ja korras.

Ehk võimalusel mitmekesistada hommikusöögi valikuid. Toa põrandadad olid küll puhtad, aga imelikult muhklikud. Kardinad võiks paremini tuba pimendada.
