The Zen Park Coimbatore

I recently stayed at a hotel that boasted a very nice location in the center of the city. It was conveniently accessible, with an average Uber auto fare of 600/- from the railway station. The room facilities were neat, although I encountered an issue with the WiFi, which was not accessible for iPhone users. One major drawback was the drinking water service. The hotel promised to provide 1 liter of free water each day, but during my 4-day stay, I only received this on two days, and only after repeatedly asking for it, sometimes up to four times. On the positive side, the bathroom and other facilities were clean, and the air conditioning was very effective, ensuring a comfortable stay. The food, although very expensive, was of good taste and quality. Overall, I would rate my stay 4 out of 5

Please ensure daily check-ins with guests, either by phone call or a brief visit, to see if they need any assistance. Maintain good WiFi service accessible to all devices, as reliable internet is essential in today's world.

The staff were extremely welcoming and courteous and kindly upgraded our room. The room was spacious and the shower was amazing. There was a bar and restaurant downstairs, so we had no need to leave the hotel. The hotel kindly organised a car to take us to the Nilgiri train.

Some people may not appreciate the location. The upper rooms are level with a flyover. In their defence the soundproofing is great and we slept undisturbed by noise and it was very useful to be able to leave quickly to the north.

Very good staff and amenities were generally good.

My iphone had some issues with “weak security.”

Having both Veg and non-veg restaurant and Bar. The reason is it won’t suits the visitors who comes with family and children’s.
