"Get broken aircond room 1st, only get change to cool room near midnight"

We get room with broken air conditioner, after multiple times inform staff, only near midnight get changed room to cool functional air conditioner room.

Room is dirty, with cockroaches, bed sheet is dirty with stain and smelly.
