The only thing I had the pleasure to have was speaking with the front desk receptionist over the phone, when he told me that the hotel was overbooked for the night, and there was no room available for me, one hour prior to me being arriving at the hotel! I got really upset about it with you guys from booking.com websites!

I did not like anything because the booking I did through you guys did not go through, I called the property at 11 PM letting them know that I was going to arrive before midnight and I was told that the hotel was overbooked, and there was no rooms for me! So the receptionist on the phone referred me to another hotel nearby, which was a very low-grade Hotel!

The clerk was polite and the check in was fast, it is one the few hotels that has the own parking. The breakfast was good with fresh bread from the bakery and the internet speed was reasonable. The down side was the accommodation that needs urgent updates, like more comfortable beds, installing noise abatement windows and specially improving the restroom. For about the same price you can find better ones around.

Don't ever get a room at the street side. We had to find a quick/cheap/close place to spend the night and this was (of course) available. The place is old, there is no service, there is no nothing. The room is almost a slam that only has a bad bed. But the worse of all is the noise at the street side that simply prevents you from sleeping. I paid R$ 100 (U$ 65) to leave and find another hotel and I do not regret.
