The reception staff are friendly and helpful. We had booked last minute to stay for a concert. The price was very good and it wasn't too far from the city centre. The parking was adequate as well athough if you come in very late there may be no parking left. The room was large and had everything we needed including a fan as it was rather warm on the top floor. The beds where comfortable and the room was tidy and laid out well. A continental breakfast was included also in price. The value was excellent and we would definitely stay again.

The room was on the top floor which was quite a hike with bags but we managed by taking our time. The room floor was quite dirty and my socks ended up covered in dirt/dust so had to change them twice which put me off walking on the floor. The room could really use a lamp also as there was no way to put off all the lights and just relax at night with a book. I understand kosher lamps are available for Jewish guests but it would be great if a small lamp could be provided for other guests to use if they wanted to do so otherwise you then have to sit with a large light on which isnt ideal. There was also no milk in our room for tea or coffee.

Staff at reception were very welcoming and warm. Place was clean and quiet. Provision of breakfast was a good addition, and the cost was affordable. Having electric charge point was also convenient.

Very comfortable and welcoming. Nice surprise was the complementary breakfast, we didn't expect that and it set us off for the journey home. The room was perfect for the 4 of us and lovely and quiet.
