Good value for money. Location was fine. Safe parking. Clean, no frills room.

For the money it was good. A little dated and unimpressive. Definitely a no frills option.

Outside the property can be deceptive as to what is inside. My Mrs and I were there for a night during our visit to Manchester. The room was very clean, and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I'd slept on in recent years.. There was a complimentary tea/coffee facility in the room.

Could do better with a better iron. 😊. Mrs dress almost got burnt.

30min walk from Etihad Stadium

Only about 4 car parking spaces which cannot be booked. Lack of lighting in room. No long length mirrors. No air con just a fan provided.

Clean and tidy rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Close enough to town centre for our trip to ao arena. Just a short taxi ride.
