Stayed here a few times now and in general it's been ok. The food in the place has always been excellent 👌

The tv didn't work properly in the bedroom , poor signal quality and the remote was broken, also lots of mold growing around the bath/shower.

The staff are so friendly. Breakfast was awesome. Couldn't eat it all.

The hotel was lovely, in a lovely setting. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious, we ate in the pub as well as having breakfast during our stay. Overall we would definitely recommend Cubley Hall.

Lovely staff, fantastic food, and a comfortable room and bed.

The only thing I could say is that the room was a bit on the small side, but then that wasn’t really an issue, and it is the nature of a building like that.

We stayed here for accessibility to a wedding venue in nearby Penistone but will definitely return. It was a beautiful place to recharge your batteries, surrounded by amazing views. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and friendly, assisting us with taxi information and catering for us with vegan breakfasts. Our room was clean and a good size with neutral decor and included an en-suite with a bath. We has tea/coffee making facilities and a variety of biscuits.

Overall excellent. Room decor very good and clean. Lovely Staff and customer service / response very good indeed. Food and service very good.

Cons minimal but important water pressure and toilet flush in room not great and tv tuning / reception not good. Room we had some noise from generator/fans outside.
