Perfect place for peace and quiet away from all the noise of general luna. Plenty of things to do around the area. Staff is friendly. Restaurants cooks excellent food.

Darosa del mar ligt in het rustige noorden van Siargao, waar je het echte eilandleven nog vindt, ver weg van het drukke General Luna. Waar de kinderen nog naar je zwaaien als je voorbij rijdt. Waar je in het dorpje verse vis kunt kopen bij het winkeltje waarna deze direct op de bbq bereid wordt. Of je gaat voor gemakkelijk bij het restaurant eten op het parkje bij de bungalows. Direct aan het prachtige strand gelegen. Er zijn twee bungalows direct aan het strand en vier erachter met zeezicht. Fantastische bedden (die wil ik thuis ook!). Het handigste is als je zelf vervoer hebt bijvoorbeeld een scooter. Het is een leuke tocht om te rijden van zuid naar noord en vv. We hadden graag langer willen blijven.

DaRosa Del Mar is a spectacular place to stay. The location is unparalleled, steps from the beach which we had entirely to ourselves. My girlfriend and I drove up from General Luna to Alegria Beach and decided to spend the night, it’s just by chance we chose DaRosa Del Mar. I really can’t say enough great things about and the next time we visit Siargao we plan to stay here for several days. The staff is outstanding. The on-site restaurant serves delicious food. I ordered chicken fajitas for lunch one day and pancakes for breakfast the next morning, both were literally the best I have ever had. If you’re visiting this area you must stay here, you will not find a better all around choice. It’s quiet, intimate & beautiful.

Owner not very friendly.. Shower and room dated and in need of refurb. Not worth 43€ a night that I paid. No breakfast included.. No pool...

Beachside property, in quiet location. Good restaurant on site. Very helpful organising scooter hire and transfers.

Nice, well kept, quiet location at the north corner of island with direct access to the beach. Tasty meals and big portions for reasonable prices at the restaurant. Good wifi and using solar energy for power.

The type of a/c used in the apartment was quite noisy

L’environnement et l’ambiance de ce lieu est particulier. L’atmosphère y est ressourçante, simple et accueillante. L’accès à la plage offre des beaux paysages et un beau ciel en début ou fin de journée. La restauration est de qualité.les patrons sont sympas également. Et coup de cœur pour Bella (la chienne) qui nous suivait partout.

La dernière commande pour le dîner est à 19h. Ce n’était pas grave mais ça demande de s’organiser un petit peu en conséquence.
