O hotel é agradável e fica localizado próximo a estação de metrô São Bento. Fiquei no quarto com banheira de hidromassagem e é bom também. As funcionárias são prestativas e, caso precise de utensílios de cozinha (pratos copos e talheres) eles disponibilizam.

Em caso de reserva para 2 pessoas, o acesso ao quarto só é autorizado mediante check-in dos 2 hóspedes. Como eu cheguei primeiro, tive que ficar numa sala de espera até a chegada do outro hóspede. Então não recomendo o hotel para hóspedes que chegarão em horários distintos, pois quem chegar primeiro terá que esperar ou estar de posse da documentação deste para ter acesso ao quarto. Achei desnecessária essa regra e acredito deveria ser revista. Quanto ao quarto, a cama fica em uma parte um pouco elevada e a cerâmica é bem estampada, o que dificulta a identificação do desnível. Tropecei diversas vezes. Quanto à localização, achei boa, mas vários motoristas de aplicativo (sobretudo do Ifood) tiveram dificuldades de encontrar o local.
