First, we drove for over 10 hours to get there. Right after we arrived and stepped into the elevator, there was a power outage, and the four of us (our family, including my two underage daughters) got trapped inside. After being stuck in the elevator for about 30 minutes, we had to walk up 12 floors by foot. To make matters worse, we were given a room different from the one we had booked. The staff member was extremely rude and behaved terribly, leaving us with no choice but to leave the room
