Old Tbilisi Terrace

Location is very good. You can see all nearby attraction in walking distance

They had restriction on giving extra water bottles in room . TV has no remote.

The room is not clean and the stuff not good except on young man at reception i think from atherbijan

The hotel is just amazing! Very clean and modern.. In the heart of old part of Tbilisi.. Room was very big and with all facilities.. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Thanks for everything..

The bidet and the place is dark

+ Staff is nice and location is very good + Great view from roof terace + It looks good at sight, probably recently renovated

-The matress was very uncomfy old spring matress, you feel springs on your back or worse on ribs. Couldn't sleep properly because of it. - The bathroom had some mold in the shower and also on the ceiling - The breakfast was a bit disappointing, cheese didn't taste fresh - No table in the room, just two random chairs - The room was dark and had just small window into some kind of miniature inneryard

Location and view from the terrace/balcony

-Washrooms were very small and uncomfortable. -Water was dropping from the roof to the bed. - no tissue in the room - no intercom. - 1 day warm water was not available at all. We booked 3ppl. We got 2 beds and 1 sofa bed due to which sleep was disturbed for 1 person. Which was unfair because we shall get 3 beds as we paid for 3. Not a sofa bed.

Great location, nice view, tasty breakfast. Staff was super friendly. The hotel is within 5 min walk from old city and sulfur baths.

Linens are a bit worn out, the sink was a little blocked - other than that, ideal place to stay a night! Not a disadvantage, just keep in mind: If you go by car: it is the city center, and parking spaces are limited. Also, you need to climb a hill quite a bit to get to the hotel.
