SPA Hotel Olymp

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this spa hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and had such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The spa facilities were exceptional — clean, modern, and perfect for unwinding. The treatments were fantastic, and the therapists made the whole experience feel luxurious and calming. The pool, sauna, and relaxation areas were all maintained to a very high standard. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully presented, with every detail carefully thought through. The bed was extremely comfortable. The food was also excellent, with a great selection at breakfast and delicious meals throughout our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this spa hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, and we will definitely be returning soon. A truly 5-star experience.

The fact that we had to pay extra for the salt room and the outdoor sauna. I would assume that the hotel guests would be entitled to use these at no additional charge, like at most of the hotels in the area.

Хигиената, проблемен асансьор заседнахме в него, няма комарници на прозорците мухи и буболечки в стаята, лоша миризма от банята, трябваше да прекъснем престоя си. Съжеляваме че платихме 350€ за три нощувки. Този хотел не е 4 звезден, може би 3 звезден.

Басейна беше чист и не препълнен с хора, храната беше вкусна и разнообразна, персонала беше много учтив и усмихнат, стаята беше удобна и уютна .

Спа центъра не беше на ниво, работеше само една сауна, парната баня беше недостатъчно нагрята и имаше счупени плочки. В тоалетната непрекъснато миришеше на канал!

1. The room was spacious, modern, equipped with all essentials, clean and appeared to be freshly renovated 2. Beds were big, comfortable 3. The room has a great view over the city 4. Entire staff was polite, welcoming, housekeeping was great! 5. Both dinner and breakfast options were various, vegetarian options were available 6. Despite the busy season, parking was available in front of the hotel Thank you for a great stay!

The swimming pool was a bit over crowded at some hours, but this is to be expected at this season Jiji the robot is interesting, but not better than the great staff at the bar :)
