Hotelul este bine poziționat, pârtia de schi și parcul fiind în apropiere. Existența parcării este un plus. În interior este curățenie, restaurantul oferă condiții excelente pentru servirea mesei. Personalul de la recepție este amabil, iar cel de servire din restaurant este atent și asigură prompt servirea mesei (o menționez pe doamna Oana care ne-a servit mai des, pentru eficiență și pentru modul plăcut de interacțiune cu clienții). Sauna asigură un loc de relaxare, iar mica piscină este apreciată atât de adulți, cât mai ales de copii. Și aici am găsit personal prompt la solicitările noastre. Personalul de la serviciul de menaj ne-a asigurat curățenia în cameră, schimbarea prosoapelor și lenjeriilor.

Patul pentru copil a fost dur, nu foarte comod de dormit în el din cauza structurii lui, chiar dacă avea saltea.

Camera spatioasa. Pe canapeaua/patul suplimentar au incaput bine 2 adolescenti. Wi-fi Dw/Up 2,7/9 Mbps Exista minibar Personalul de la receptie a fost de ajutor. Foarte aproape de Partia Parc. Televizorul este smartTv.

Exista o camera de bagaje la receptie unde poti lasa echipamentul pentru schi. Exista 1 parcare privata peste drum de hotel si o parcare privata acoperita langa partie, dar cu locuri mici astfel incat unii soferi ocupa cate 2 pozitii. Am avut un miros neplacut in baie ( nu am adis la cunostinta hotelului acest aspect). Exista o zona de spa cu 4 saune (care uneori sunt oprite, dar se deschid imediat la cerere), 1 piscina de aprox. 8x4m si adancime intre aprox. 1,4 si 1,6m care poate fi cam mica pentru capacitatea hotelului. Preturile la restaurant sunt medii.
