Quarto bem limpo

Ar condicionado fazia muito barulho, tive que desligar para conseguir dormir. água quente no chuveiro não existe, solicitei um berço na reserva via booking (inclusive com a opção de reserva de berço ou cama auxiliar), qdo cheguei com o bebê, fui informada que não havia berço. Tive que me virar para dormir na cama de casal com neném com medo dele cair da cama.

Quarto confortável.

O restaurante do hotel é péssimo. Pedi um lanche e a batata veio queimada, a carne estava com gosto horrível. Paguei 60 reias num lanche que ficou no quarto. Nem cheguei a solicitar a troca, pois estava tarde e só queria dormir. Fiquei decepcionada.
