Aardig personeel en prima locatie voor onze fietstocht.

Het was erg gehorig in het hotel. Op sommige plekken was er niet goed schoongemaakt. Sommige dingen hadden een lik verf nodig.

"Kamer erg overprijsd"

Prima uitvalsbasis voor bezoek aan Bergen, Schoorl, Alkmaar en de kust. Fijne, warme douche. Schoon bedlinnen en fijne handdoeken. Gratis parkeren tegenover hotel.

Geen receptie voor in- en uitchecken. Steile trap naar kamers op 1e verdieping. Vloeren liggen erg scheef en dat merk je ook als je in bed ligt. Slot van kamer sluit zeer moeizaam. Kleine kamer zonder kastje(s) om je spullen/kleding in of op te leggen. Wc-rolhouder is niet goed bevestigd en valt eraf. Slechts één haakje om één handdoek op te hangen. Ventilator voor badkamer hangt direct boven douchekop. Zit dikke laag stof op (niet erg hygiënisch). Hor bij raam is te vies om aan te raken. Bij ontbijt is geen service. Vieze borden van andere gasten blijven dus gewoon staan. Je moet zelf een ei bakken, maar kunt geen pannetje afwassen want de kraan in de ontbijtkamer is defect. Dus ook geen mogelijkheid om water van koffiemachine bij te vullen (hebben we uiteindelijk maar op slaapkamer gedaan). Enkel witte en bruine boterhammen; geen verse broodjes oid. Al met al erg teleurstellend voor een kamer van 135 euro per nacht.
