"Disappointing"

The location was good, next to de ADO busstation. Staff was friendly

I won't give it 3 stars like booking does. The room was small and moldy

"Economical place for short stay"

Staff were pleasant and accommodating. Location is great. Walking distance to ADO bus terminal and food. Upstairs roof commo area is nice to relax. We had 2 windows in our room so we could open as it was pretty stuffy. A/C and ceiling fan worked good. A good place for a short stay if travelling by bus.

Bed was hard and uncomfortable. We were only given 1 towel and half a roll of toilet paper. We were on the ground floor and the shower drain had a sewer smell; although they did come and clean it. We just ended up putting a piece of cardboard over the drain so that helped.

Small and quiet hotel, literally next to the bus station. Internet was working perfectly, room was clean and comfy. Huge plus is definitely the awesomely nice reception staff.

Great location, right next to the ADO bus terminal. Perfect place to spend a night while passing through town.

No complaints. A suggestion would be to add a shelf or some hooks to hang towels in the bathroom.
