Great place to stay! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We asked for a microwave (there wasn’t one originally) and they kindly brought one to our room — really appreciated! We also requested a room on the 4th floor with a mountain view, and the view was truly incredible through the large windows. I’m attaching a photo from above the hotel — our windows faced a green area with mountains behind it. The last photo shows the shared area where people come to watch the sunset. We also sat there — it feels like a cozy veranda.

One downside: we chose a room with two beds because I wanted the large floor-to-ceiling windows, but the two beds took up most of the space. I needed an extra table, which we borrowed from the veranda, and although everything fit, the room felt a bit tight.

כלום

נתחיל מזה שהלובי היה ריק ונידח. אחרי זה נמשיך לזה שהחדר שלנו היה קומה 4 בלי מעלית. נכנסנו לחדר, המקלחת מלוכלכת, המזגן לא עובד, הדלת של המרפסת שבגללה הזמנו את החדר הייתה סדוקה כולה ובחלק העליון של הדלת היה רווח גדול מאוד כך שחיות יכלו להיכנס. כאשר פנינו לפקיד בקבלה אמר שאין חדרים נוספים להחלפה שצריך להחליף את הדלת אבל שהוא יכול להביא משהו לכסות את זה. זה מענה לא רציני לאור זה ששילמתי והזמנתי חדר עם מרפסת לא כדי להסתכל עליה מהחדר אלא כדי להשתמש בה. המענה על המזגן גם כן היה לא מועיל ונענה בתשובה של תנו לו כמה דקות הוא יקרר אחרי שאנחנו מחכים 20 דקות. אחרי שאמרתי לפקיד שאני מעוניינת לבטל את ההזמנה ולעזוב את המלון פתאום התאפשר למצוא לנו חדר אחר אך לאור ההתנהגות הזאת בחרנו לעזוב ולא להישאר וזאת הייתה הבחירה החכמה לדעתי

Der Blick von unserem Zimmer auf die Berge war fantastisch. Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral,aber trotzdem ist es ruhig.

Der Pool ist sehr klein und direkt an der Straße. Das Frühstück lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Tassen und das Besteck waren zum Teil schmutzig.
