Ничего

Взял улучшенный номер, который требует ремонта. Душевая, наверное, из 2010-х. Вода теплая и льется из форсунок везде кроме тебя. Ламинат у санузла расползается, наличник двери взбух от влажности. Персонал отдельный ужас. Спросил у стойки расположение отдельного ресторана - ответили, что очень далеко. А оказалось, что 3 минуты пешком. Во время заселения, предупредил о времени выезда и попросил подготовить документ. В 10 утра, при выезде, документов не оказалось, потому что менеджер (ака бухгалтер) просто не явилась на работу - цитата «не пришла». Мы договорились, что документы вышлют в Астану, оставил адрес. Вот уже ровно 14 дней как не выслали. Закройтесь лучше.

Расположение очень удобное , персонал приветливый и учтивый . Завтрак отличный. Но в номере до вечера было слышно гул вентилятора на кухне кажется . В целом отель хороший

Окна не открывались настежь , а только верхняя форточка . Был слышен шум со двора вытяжки что ли
