Ok location.

Poor lighting Doors locked so struggled to find a way in at 11pm

Have stayed here before. Staff always very friendly. Had dinner in restaurant food and service both excellent.

The lighting in the bedroom very dark and gloomy needed all the lights on. The bathroom lighting was superb.

The staff are friendly and the menu was great,lots of different drinks and the accommodation was lovely

Nice and quiet. Good size room!

Room was freezing, the hallway radiators were hot but the radiator in the room was luke warm even though it was turned up to full. A staff member gave us a pint sized oil filled radiator that just about took the edge off, but the room barely habitable. The water in the bathroom was tepid, not hot enough to shower in and barely hot enough to wash in. Overall not a pleasant experience!

Beautiful old period place

Some renovations would make an improvement to the rooms. Ceilings in rooms and corridors looking tried.

It was lovely that the staff had left us a card & Christmas present - a very personal touch.

Breakfast was slow but we understand it was Boxing Day so there was minimal staff on duty.
