Washroom and room space

Staff 's behave specially behave of manager, very far from any station like bus

The food was good. Staff was well behaved n polite

The location is slightly out of city felt unsafe during night travel

Nice and comfortable rooms

Food we order in breakfast was good. Property was clean. Staff was very helpful.

Location is within residential area,face difficulty in getting rickshaw for mandir. Secondly swimming pool water was not clean.

Room was clean

But tea preparation facilities is not available in my room rest other room have

we booked Delux and King Room, the size and comfort for King room was good.

to start with Vrindwoods didn't accept my booking and forced me to pay half the booking amount. This negates the flexibility booking.com offers us(Booking.com should take action on this). Secondly the Delux room we were given was smelly as hell, we asked to resolve this and instead of resolving the issue or giving us a better room, they offered a room freshener; seriously. Thirdly they don't offer anything late at night since their kitchen is closed after late evening and not to mention the room service is very Poor.
