Hotel Lamm

Very friendly, good size room, clean. People were friendly and parking was easy near the hotel.

An annoying tick coming from somewhere during the night.

Great family friendly accommodations, showed up later than we expected and the room was setup as ww\e requested. The was a crib in the room on first request.

The entrance to the lobby was a bit difficult to locate as you need to walk all the way around the building to access. Received a email days leading up to booking requesting for a wire transfer to pay for the bill which seemed a bit fishy. But was able to pay at the hotel with a credit card.

Friendly and helpful staff. Happy with the room and location for our needs was optimal.

The hotel provides all you need for a short stay. The room was clean and very comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. Breakfast was very good. The staff could promptly solve my issues over the phone, you just have to cope with the fact that an IVR in German language will take your call first.

I did not like the fact that the entry code to open the main door is sent to you via SMS and not through Booking app's messaging/inbox. If you come from abroad and turn off your national SIM, you will not get the code and you will have to call the staff to open the main door of the hotel for you remotely. It took me a while to figure out what to do when I got to the place realized there was no staff to reach out to. This happens only at specific days/times a week though.

Great location to visit AMG. Lovely restaurant. Good breakfast bathroom and shower very small but ok for a short stay.
