Could not say, as the hotel's owner decided to go on holiday, leaving me without a room for the night!

Contacted booking.com who still took the money for the room, now trying to get a refund from them, they a joke in themselves wanting feedback for customer service who havent done anything. Ive attached receipt for another hotel I was lucky enough to get for the night to prove I stayed elsewhere! This really has put me off using booking.com but cant stress enough DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL
