Too noisy, people talk to loud even when is late and very early

The dehumidifier in the room did an excellent job! Since we didn't have WiFi, we checked out the TV - there were many channels in different languages. There were heat covers on the mattresses, but we didn't use them.

No WiFi! All hotels in the area are very expensive with lower value for money - this is expected, because Alishan is a popular tourist spot.

The hotel was very close to the Alishan park.

There was mold on the walls. There was a huge clump of hair on the mat leading to the bathroom, we also found hairs in the bed. No one was at the reception hall and we had to call them both for check-in and checkout (note that the staff only speaks Mandarin).

It was within the Alishan Township.

Location is next to the stairs towards the Alishan station which is a plus

Didn't provide any toothbrushes at all for a room of 6 pax of us and even when there is a policy from the government to keep the environment friendly they didn't manage to inform us earlier about it. We were beyond shocked when we checked in and they just flatly told us that we don't provide any toothbrush. I'm greatly disappointed. When we enter, there was a used wet towel behind the door and there were flying moth on the wall. It was super bad. The smell at night was bad too. And it was not sound proof so at 4ish am. We could hear people talking in the lobby area. One of the worst hotel that I have ever stayed.
