בקבלה חלק מהצוות לא ידידותיים ללקוח. אין מרפסות בחדר למרות שכתוב שיש. הכספת לא הייתה תקינה . הבטיחו לתקן ו3 ימים לא תקנו. האמבטיה מיושנת ולא נוחה . יש רק צינור למילוי או ראש מקלחת קבוע לקיר וקצר. לא מתאים למבוגרים. החדרים והריהוט מיושנים. . מיטות יחיד מחוברות.
