On a dû payer le plein tarif alors qu on a dû partir en urgence car mon papa a fait une Embolie pulmonaire ! Ils auraient pu faire un geste commercial, sachant qu on était déjà venu. On reviendra plus....

Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet worden. Das Personal ist super hilfsbereit und freundlich. Man fühlt sich wie zuhause nur mit mehr Komfort. Tip top.

Es könnten etwas mehr Liegen im Wellness Bereich stehen damit auch bei schlechtem Wetter jeder die Möglichkeit hat sich etwas auszuruhen.

The personal service at this hotel is outstanding. Every request is fulfilled, and you only have to ask for something one time and you get what you need. The staff learn guests' names very quickly and they they know their guests wants and needs. This personal service differentiates Wellnesshotel Tanne from many others with similar facilities and offerings.
