Remote for aircon was not working and they left it on. Around 10pm we were freezing, I had to call them 3 times and they kept saying they coming but eventually they came and changed the batteries.

Cleanliness, breakfast and swimming pool

Opening cards were not working every time leaving the room have to ask for reception to open, my rooms were not close as per request and I was offered one room while booked for 2. Had to wait before checking in for approval of 2 rooms.
