Extremely Disappointing Stay – Avoid This Hotel! I rarely write negative reviews, but my recent stay at this hotel in Chandigarh left me with no choice. From the moment I checked in, the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Unprofessional Staff: The front desk and housekeeping staff were rude, inattentive, and seemed completely disinterested in guest comfort. Basic courtesy and hospitality were clearly missing. Stinking Premises: The entire property had an unpleasant, musty odor, especially in the corridors and common areas. It felt like the place hadn't been cleaned or aired in days. Dirty Linen: The bedsheets and towels were visibly stained and smelled unwashed. I had to ask twice for replacements, which were only marginally better. Bedbugs! I was horrified to find bedbugs on both the mattress and the sofa. This is completely unacceptable and a serious health concern. Unsafe Electrical Setup: The electrical switches for the air conditioner and geyser were exposed and poorly maintained. This poses a serious safety hazard, especially for families with children. Choked Drainage: The washroom drainage was clogged, causing water to accumulate on the floor every time I used the shower. It was disgusting and unhygienic. Broken Tiles & Non-Functional Flush: Several floor tiles were broken, and the flush in the bathroom didn’t work properly, adding to the overall discomfort. This hotel is in dire need of a complete overhaul – both in terms of facilities and staff training. I strongly advise against booking this place until these serious issues are addressed. There are far better options available in Chandigarh for the same price or less.
