Our flight arrived just after midnight so this hotel was great because it was open 24/7. It only took 10 mins walk from the airport. It's comfortable for a short stay.

"Very helpful staff, close to the centre of Sarafovo and to the airport."

Location for the airport was fantastic. It's only around 10 min by foot. My room was big and spacious. Also very clean. Zhivka who worked that day explained everything, she was very warm and helpful.

Noise from the room next door. Two male guests, I suspect, intoxicated were talking very loud and getting louder and louder. However, Zhivka solved this problem very efficiently and tactfully moving me to another room so the conflicting situation was avoided.

Świetna lokalizacja, kilka minut na lotnisko i na plażę, wygodne łóżka, pokój był sprzątany i ręczniki wymieniane w trakcie pobytu, klimatyzacja działała, dostaliśmy małe mydełka i szampony, dużo luster w całym budynku.

Niestety wi-fi trochę słabo działało, trzeba było chodzić po pokoju i szukać, żeby złapało, porozumiewanie się po angielsku też szło z oporami, ale ostatecznie udało się dogadać :)
