The hotel facilities were not functioning properly, super old, shower head, sink nothing was working. The staff were aggressive, did not care for our safety and the safety of children in the hotel, while they allowed a pervert who was caught taking pictures of children back in the property. We will never come back and STAY AWAY if you have children. Ps: the pervert is a hotel regular and come there often.

Een mooi hotel op een prachtige locatie. Het restaurant is open tot 23u en niets is te veel voor het personeel. Het eten zelf is heerlijk en telkens goed bereid met verse producten. De kamer wordt elke dag gekuist en aangevuld met productjes; koffie, thee, shampoo, etc. Een echte aanrader!🤗

1) Die mit dem Hotel schriftliche vereinbarte Abholung vom Bahnhof in Mombasa (in den ausgetauschten Nachrichten ist in Booking.com nachzulesen!) hat nicht funktioniert! Wir mussten uns selbst in dem extrem gefährlichen Gewimmel von Hunderten von "Taxi"-/Kleinbus-Fahrern einen besorgen ohne zu wissen, wie zuverlässig diese Person tatsächlich sein würde. 2) Das im Angebot genannte WLAN im Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert und konnte auch währedn der 5 Aufenthaltstage NICHT repariert werden! 3) Das Angebot beim Frühstücks- und Abendessen-Büffet war sehr dürftig, sowohl hinsichtlich der Breite des Angebots als auch hinsichtlich der Qualität (z. B. viel zu zähes Rindfleisch!).

The experience was very positive, I will repeat it.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was always amazing, although sometimes you waited a long time for your food, it was always delicious and worth the wait!

The food prices in my opinion were a little high for the portion sizes.

Staff and location were fantastic. Very much appreciated the inclusion of a well equipped gym.

Buffet dinner was a little bit too late for our child. Would have been easier having dinner earlier. (Potentially advise parents of young children to opt for a la carte dinner over buffet)
