Primirea sinceră, camera curată... Personal de nota 10..

Că nu am stat mai mult..

Curatenie si personalul amabil

Lipsa AC ,ceea ce ni sa spus ca avem ,lipsa pat dublu mare cea ce ni sa spus ( era in schimb un pat 1,20m pt 2 adulti si un copil), lipsa apa calda lipsa balcon

Am avut o problema cu cardul si nu s-a putut realiza plata, am sunat si am incercat sa vorbesc cu proprietarul sa realizez plata cu alt card, dar aceasta a fost foarte recalcitrant si a vorbit foarte urat. Nu recomand!

usa de la intrare avea yala blocata si a trebuit sa asteptam aproape 30 de minute pentru a fi deblocata

Nothing! They tried to charge me two times , as long as the amount was already blocked on my bank account through Booking.. The disrespect is huge and I would never recommend someone this location.

The people that own this hotel , the owner or manager whatever is a rude person that tries to rob you , scam you , he likes to promote his hotel on Booking , but do not wanna respect Booking policies and the customer' s rights. For that I made an official complaint, because I have the right to receive my money back for a room I never received to stay in , it was not a no show situation at the hotel , it was a huge disrespect and scam .
