Despite its designation as a four-star establishment, my experience at this hotel fell short of such acclaim. Having frequented numerous five and four-star accommodations, I can confidently assert that this establishment does not meet the elevated standards expected of such ratings. Several observations underscore this sentiment: - The uneven wooden panels in the flooring pose a notable safety hazard, potentially causing guests to trip and fall. - ⁠Visible damage, such as the broken wall in the bedroom, detracts from the overall aesthetic and quality of the accommodations. - ⁠Despite the advertised WiFi access throughout the premises, accessing the internet within our room proved challenging, necessitating relocation to the lobby for even marginal connectivity. This deficiency is particularly troublesome for travelers reliant on hotel WiFi for communication and business purposes. - ⁠Disruption from a nearby party infiltrated our room, compromising the tranquility expected in a premium lodging. - ⁠Additionally, the malfunctioning air conditioning unit exacerbated discomfort during our stay. Despite mentioning this to the hotel staff, they took a considerable amount of time to send someone to fix it. While I hesitate to accord this establishment a four-star rating, I would consider a more modest assessment of 2.5 to 3 stars relative to comparable accommodations.

Front desk said you will get less amount bill than actual payment and that type of bad experience. Bad smelling in the rooms, no toilet paper. Never recommend this hotel for stay.

Culture of hotel. Still i have not received the correct invoice with GST number, I was told that it will be emailed but still not received even after provinding all the details.
