"Exceptional"

Without a doubt, this was the best hotel we stayed at in Austria. It deserves an excellent rating in every aspect. The receptionist and the owners we met — apologies for not remembering their names — were extremely kind, warm, and very professional. The hotel is quiet, pastoral, and in an excellent location. Breakfast was wonderful, and the staff were lovely.

The hotel management is amazing. Super friendly and helpful. We requested an early checkin and got it easily with an upgrade even. The hotel staff was always proactively helping with all queries. The breakfast was very nice as well. The hotel has a very nice cultural feel as well. The hotel management is just amazing beautiful people!
