Incredible service, one of the best in the Balkan region - the staff is absolutely fantastic, the room was extremely spacious, clean and comfortable in every detail.

Excellent breakfast, attentive and welcoming staff.

A bit more storage space for clothes would be great, it felt a bit tight for 4 persons.

Ich war begeistert. Das Personal super nett und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist perfekt. Kleiner Spaziergang zum Strand und zum Restaurant. Das Restaurant ist ein Traum. Direkt am Strand gelegen. Bis im die Altstadt leider etwas weiter. Wir durften auch nach Checkout den Hotelstrand nutzen und unseren Mietwagen am Hotel stehen lassen.

We stayed at Hotel Krušo as two families during our Montenegro road trip, and it turned out to be one of the most pleasant stays of our journey. The hotel is very clean, modern, and well-maintained. The rooms are comfortable, tastefully designed, and have everything needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping was excellent throughout our visit. What truly makes this hotel special, however, is the people. The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They were always happy to help with any questions, recommend restaurants, beaches, places to visit, and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another booking. We also really enjoyed the breakfasts, which offered a good variety and quality products. A special mention goes to the rooftop wellness area with its pool, sauna, and stunning views over the bay. The sauna can be prepared upon request, and the entire area is spotless, peaceful, and very well equipped, with loungers, towels, showers, and toiletries provided. Another great advantage is the hotel’s beach club. Guests can use the sunbeds and umbrellas free of charge, and beach towels are available at reception. This is quite rare in Montenegro, where most beaches are public and beach clubs usually charge extra. Having this included added a lot of value to our stay. The restaurant by the beach was also very good and convenient. We would also like to mention the private underground garage. If you are travelling by car, this is a huge benefit. Parking can be quite challenging in many coastal towns in Montenegro, especially during the season, so having a secure on-site garage made our stay much more comfortable and stress-free. The location is excellent for exploring Herceg Novi and the surrounding area. Overall, Hotel Krušo combines modern comfort with outstanding hospitality. More than anything, we will remember the warm and professional service we received throughout our stay.

There were only two minor points that could be improved. We stayed in a two-room suite, and while the living room had air conditioning, the bedroom did not. During warmer nights, an additional air conditioning unit or some form of climate control in the bedroom would make the room more comfortable. The second point relates to sound insulation. The hotel is located along a busy coastal road, which is very convenient for access, but some traffic noise can be heard from the rooms, especially at night and in the early morning. Improved soundproofing or upgraded windows could make the stay even more relaxing.
