Hotel Cieplice MEDI & SPA

To był już mój czwarty pobyt w tym hotelu. Podoba mi się pokój, w miarę wygodne łóżka co jest dla mnie ważne, pyszne śniadania oraz fakt, że hotel znajduje się tuż przy parku! Mój piesio też jest zachwycony hotelem :) Są dwie windy! Restauracja z pysznymi daniami dostępna do 22.00, hotel oferuje tez zestawy obiadowe. Dobra oferta SPA

podwójne łóżko jest za małe dla 2 osób, lepiej brać dwa pojedyńcze. Poza tym jest ok. Może latem być trochę za gorąco, bo nie ma klimatyzacji, ale jest dostępny wiatrak w pokoju

Chcę podziękować pani z rejestracji ( Klaudii) żeby nie ona to pobyt w tym hotelu był dla mnie wielką traumą

Bardzo podoba mi się, że wszędzie blisko, centrum,park zdrojowy, tremy ciepllickie, śniadania super 👍 bardzo urozmaicone, wszystko ok.

Staff - all of the staff at this hotel were AMAZING, kind, helpful and spoke English. Breakfast was awesome, a large selection of different kinds of food, good coffee, good flow around the food bars and a large dining room. The location of the hotel was good in the sense that you are very close to the park and walking distance to the termy, it's a cute little rynek area. The room was cheap and the staff worked with me to refund my second night when I left early due to facility closures.

When I arrived, all of the spa facilities were closed. This was not the hotel's fault, but it sure put a crimp in my plans as this was the entire reason I traveled to Cieplice Spa district. I believe this is the exception, but I would definitely check with the hotel beforehand. My room was old, outdated and 2 star quality with a cracked ceiling, dirty walls, etc. and the staff actually upgraded my room due to the spa facilities being closed; my room overlooked a construction site (see photo).
