Due to the location and type of hotel, only children older than 13 years can be accommodated. Kindly note that shuttle service from/to the port and airport is provided with an extra charge. Free shuttle service from/ to the property's private beach bar-restaurant is available. Please note that credit card payments require cardholders' presence and signature along with the credit card used for the reservation. Please note that from 1 November until 31 March: 1. Reception operates from 08:00 to 00:00 2. Breakfast is daily served in the rooms from 08:00 to 11:00 3. The restaurant, pool bar, swimming pool & spa service are not operating. 4. Room service is available only for breakfast and snacks until 13:00 5. Mini-bars are not available in the suites. From April to October, there is music by the pool area from 11 am to 07 pm daily.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
