Grand View - Megalochori Santorini

Great views of sunset over the water. Pool area lovely. Balcony with our room had a good view. Shower very good quality. Dedicated freezer was handy. Bottle opener available.

Pillows hard and uncomfortable. Only one toilet roll in the bathroom. Prices at the bar steep compared to surrounding bars and shops although there's a very nearby Lidl if you fancy making your own and keeping ice in the freezer. Breakfast was poor towards the end of service and no allergen labelling.

Wow. Amazing location with incredible views. We stayed in Room 8 and we for sun up in the am and round mover the caldera later in the day, sunset in the evening. Not sure there is a better view from this beautiful end of the island. Staff we all amazing - Nikki and Sofia could not have been more helpful hosts, but all the bar staffs (thanks chaps) chefs, cleaners, and the brilliant drivers were just the best.

Don’t expect top cuisine here - it’s filling and functional - but is not set out to be a top end restaurant or the like. Many great places to eat close by in lovely Megalochori and beyond, and staff will advise.

Amazing views of Santorini sunsets! Not super crowded, and the staff was super helpful and friendly. An amazing value for such a nice hotel. This turned out to be the unexpected best part of our trip! Loved hanging by the pool in the afternoon and watching the sunsets and eating breakfast cliffside.

No complaints about the hotel. My only regret is that we didn't take the Grand View shuttle from the ferry to the hotel when we arrived. The local taxi service was chaotic (and I didn't have a seatbelt in the car), but when we took the Grand View shuttle back to the ferry, it was easy and fast.

Purtroppo nel cortile è forte l’odore di pipì di gatto. Per una struttura di questo livello non è accettabile.

It's a great place to stay in santorini. The view is amazing, the pool and the room as well. A special thanks to Sofia who made all her possible to make our Journey easier.
