Nothing...very bad condition

The room was exactly opposite of the photo.. No cleaning, No AC working, Dust all over, No lock in bathroom, spider web everywhere, cockroach, No TV was working when we asked for the new room. They said no rooms available once you made the payment then no refund is available... Hence, I didn't get my refund as well. Please team do inspection of room number 103 first floor it was totally uncleaned and no lock available in the bathroom. Also water leakage from Kamod and jet spray. I am very disappointed from the service I get in Sai Sharan also from booking.com where I have seen exactly the opposite rooms... Please use a real image...
