Rooms are comfortable

Basic clearance of The utensils from the room was not done on daily basis, I had to remind them to tell the concerned staff to clean it

Spacious, true deluxe feel, cleanliness(except some flies were irritating, all along the stay, but among the number of stays i've had here, this happened for the first time), nice restaurent is alongside the hotel.

Outside orders were not delivered till the room, we have to pick it up everytime from reception.

Staff behaviour not good , Facilities are not well as far as money . Food costly and not ok

Property was good however the front desk staff insulted us and we never checked in. The front desk staff was arrogant and abbusive. I want to report this to the management of the property.

Cleanliness, luxurious feel for the rates, nicely maintained for the price.

You have to go to the reception to receive order from swiggy or zomato. Staff does not deliver it and they don't allow delivery guys too.
