Very comfortable and affordable. Iโ€™ve been staying here for the past 3 years and it has become my favourite place to stay in Kota Kinabalu. Iโ€™ve tried almost all the room types, from the King Room to the smaller rooms, and every one of them has been comfortable and well maintained. The location is great and the overall experience is always satisfying.

Nothing significant. My stays have always been pleasant and comfortable.
