Schönes, neues und sehr sauberes Zimmer. Tolles Bad. Immer genügend Handtücher. Wellnessbereich ebenfalls, neu, sauber und ansprechend gestaltet. Gut temperiertes Wasser, sehr bequeme Liegen. Abendessen geschmacklich sehr gut.

Personal oberflächlich freundlich, es fehlt jedoch jegliche Herzlichkeit. Wohlfühlgefühl deshalb eingeschränkt. Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption unsicher und nicht zuvorkommend. Sehr ärgerlich: Zimmerkarte bereits vor dem pünktliche Check out gesperrt, Zimmer räumen daher nicht vollständig möglich, keine Entschuldigung dafür. Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet teilweise sehr eingeschränkt (langweiliger, immer gleicher Käse, nur Gurken als Gemüse, Brezen nur am Sonntag, keine Aufstriche,...) was aus ist, wird nicht nachgelegt. Buffet wird überpünktlich abgebaut. Abends ebenso. Veganer werden kaum fündig. Kurze Hosen und Sandalen werden bei Männern am Abend nicht beanstandet. Reparaturarbeiten an der Tür während der Frühstückszeit obwohl wir direkt daneben saßen. Ein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer wäre schön.

Super Frühstück, ganz liebes Personal und wirklich viel Auge fürs Detail - dazu ein schöner Wellnessbereich und ein wirklich gut ausgestattetes Gym. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Wir wurden mit einem Willkommensgetränk beim Check-in begrüsst. Auch beim Check-out gab es ein Wasser für die Fahrt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Hotel wurde stilvoll renoviert, vor allem der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön z.B. die Sauna mit Skyview ;D
