Front counter Staff william and immam were very welcoming and friendly. They knew basic english for easy communication. Clean & spacious rooms. Both deluxe suite & king room. Toilet had both standing shower area & a bath tub (suite). Living room had a TV and in room a TV (suite). Room service food was limited but mixed platter was good for the kids. Batam centre ferry terminal & one batam mall was 10mins away. Nagoya hill mall was 20mins away.

No daily complimentary room make up, it was chargeable per day. No extra pillow or towel was provided for the kids, everything extra asked were chargeable per item. So bring ur own toiletries as they don't top up daily. Nothing for the kids to play except a small swimming pool. Bar was closed. Basically no entertainment in the hotel other then a small pool and a gym. Breakfast had very limited choices, wasn't so great food. Once food finished, they didn't top up, so if u go down late u won't have anything to eat. Timing was unreasonable 6-10am. No free shuttle service to malls or ferry terminal, find ur own or book from hotel. Sadly the room we took, hall tv wasn't working and maintenance couldn't fix it too.

I like the spacious room and the complete gym facility.

The breakfast can be improved. The hotel should only allow proper swim wear in the swimming pool for hygiene purpose.
