very near to the nagoya mall.

Location is good, room is spacious, though not sound proof. Cleanliness is ok, i had imagined it to be worse, but credits to the staff who did a decent job.

Very run down place. Dirty linens, toilets and towels. Room smelled of cigarettes.

Right smack next to shopping mall. Friendly staff.

Room floor not clean. Toilet algae, stale smell and dirty. Air circulation quite bad in the room and constantly can smell from cigarette smoker.

Excellent location - cross a road to Nagoya Hill Mall and a whole stretch of shops offering massage services. We booked 3 rooms for my family. The one that was triple-sharing (a double + 1 single bed) had no windows. Not an issue for us since it was only a 1-night stay. Hotel was also very responsive to our booking queries via the contact on booking form. A 10-min drive to and from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal.

Depending on what time the previous guest checked out, you might enter a room generously sprayed with a lot of air freshener or a room that still had cigarette smell lingering. On Sunday morning, we woke up to morning Zumba just in front of the mall. The music was as if we were right there. We are early-risers so it didn't bother us; but if you happen to like to sleep in, you might just get up from the wrong side of the bed.

The bed. It was very comfortable compared to any other hotels I stayed.
