Microondas fraco - está precisando de um upgrade. Falta utensílios de cozinha. Falta colher, garfo, pratos, vasilhas para microondas. Falta faca de verdade, só tinha 1 de serra. Há somente 2 cadeiras pra sentar.

A localização e o condomínio são muito bons, o Piazza é excelente

O apartamento está em péssimas condições, colchões velhos e sujos, sofá sujo, ralos exalando um mau cheiro enorme, compramos um desinfetante pra ver se melhorava mais foi em vão, gravei bem o número do apartamento para nunca mais ficar nele

a localizacao era boa. o apartamento tinha uma boa estrutura

os preços do acqua splash eram exorbitantes. os elevadores do piazza diRoma cabem poucas pessoas, com isso em horários especificos cheguei a ter que esperar quase 10 minutos para conseguir subir no elevador. nos quartos poderiam pelo menos ter pratos, talheres e copos.
