Sea Hawk Suites

Loved the layout of the apartment with the large outdoor shaded living room and hammock, with clothing line to hang wet clothes. Very comfortable bed, very good hot water and pressure, and daily housekeeping. The beach chairs and towels made a big difference for a beach-oriented stay, and much appreciated. Well-equipped kitchen with all the appliances was useful for making breakfasts and snacks. Cheaper, freshly-prepared food can be had at the municipal market just up the street. Fantastic location steps from the most beautiful beach on the island. If you're looking for fish, they can be found on the Mia Hotel side of the beach, around the bridge to the hotel and rocks on the quieter side. Staff were accommodating and we were warmly greeted every evening by Salvador, the kind night watchman who always had a smile.

Hot plate in room didn't work, but the microwave did, saving the eggs we bought for breakfast. Check that the appliances work before buying groceries! Area to hang/place clothes was a bit cramped in our room. Everything else was excellent.

Our stay at Sea Hawk was great the hosts were friendly and helpful.

It was really nice staying here. It’s so close to the beach, quiet and they are so nice. You can get a free beach chair to take with you to the beach. The WiFi was perfect

I have found my studio/place when I come visit Isla again. Awesome location near playa Norte-I brought my iSUP and I could walk with it to the beach in 1 minute. Amazing to have a nice sunset paddle :) Studio was huge with a little kitchenette, giant balcony and a/c + fans. For night easy walk to pedestrian street for bars, restaurants etc. also night guard to help if needed and owners were great. Last- if your there around whale shark season definitely use the dive center below and if your lucky your guide will be Raul and you will get amazing videos and photos of your swim with whale sharks!

i thought it was a dive hotel when i booked ,and told them i wanted to dive for 3 days days ,i only dived one day ,because they booked a whale shark snorkel trip for a group that was not even staying there ,then they were closed on sunday which i was not told about and was not given a chance to get my gear out of the shop to dive with another company ,
