Miła obsługa, lokalizacja w centrum przy głównej drodze.

Całonocne krzyki za hotelem cyganów słowackich, którzy na swoim osiedlu zachowują się dramatycznie, nie ma możliwości spania na otwartym oknie, krzyki do godziny 3-4 nad ranem. Brak informacji o płatnym czy bezpłatnym śniadaniu, Kawa do śniadania płatna.

"Hotel fajn, ale..."

Velkoryse postavený hotel, má jasnou spojitost s místním rodákem Andy Warholem a s jeho muzeem. Prostorný, bohatě dimenzovaný. Muzeum je letos v rekonstrukci, hotel téměř prázdný. Personálu víc než hostů. Péče skvělá, milí lidé, výborné jídlo.

Tragické místo. Medzilaborce dostávají silně zabrat silnou romskou komunitou a několik bytovek je hned za hotelem. V devět večer vytáhla stovka - dvě rozjařených mladých lidí do města a dělali hluk až do dvou ráno. Je mi to líto, hotel je fajn, ale prostředí není příliš příjemné.
