Very spacious rooms and pleasant amenities. The breakfast and dinner were exceptional. Parking no issue.

Sheedy's is a comfortable traditional hotel with large rooms and a staff eager to please. What made it special was the personal attention that the host gives to guests. She anticipates your needs and preferences, and tries to make you feel very welcome. Food was excellent. The location is a small town at the center of the Atlantic Coast tourist area that includes the Cliffs of Moher and The Burren. The town is walkable and has a popular local tavern, also with excellent dining. There is a free bus to the most-important tourist spots, though I feel having a car makes other interesting areas accessible.

My only complaint was that my room had a desk that was not comfortable for work on the computer. It was a nice old-fashioned desk that was too high. There is no ATM in Lisdoonvarna, so get euros ahead of time.
