Location

I have made a booking for 2 occupancy which in 1 or 2nd floor and there is no lift facility, as I was there with my son which he could not climb. Without cancellation they had give me a bigger room which I ground they changed extra amount for it. It was so noisy

Nothing....

Price is too much high...nd the staff used the situation as very much to hike the normal price to what they want....am not happy with that... And the allotted room was not much cleaned...the tv wasn't not working Ac have not much cooling....
