We like everything about the hotel, it's amazing!

We liked the location, beautiful garden, nice room and terrace.

It felt like being in Holland in Italy. My bfriend was the only Italian guest. Place was not relaxing, as it was full of screaming kids with parents who didn’t care or bother. Menu was rather not Italian. Service very slow, we had to ask for everything and one dinner after waiting 40 min for dessert we left. Nobody noticed or apologised. We would not return, it is overpriced escape for Dutch families.

The best hospitality and food we had in Italy, and I've been to Italy more than 15 times; all the people from Panicaglia were genuinely kind and super friendly with us. We've been with a 2-year-old, and they made us feel at home. Also, they were super helpful after we left too, as we forgot something at the castle and they took care to send them 200km distance. I will definitely come back!

Our bathroom was super small and the only one in a 70m apartment. Also, I was thinking we'll get a room with a swing, but I think that's available in only one room.

Super-nice place, in the real woods of Umbria. Calm, quiet and romantic hotel with an excellent restaurant! Perfect place to relax and disconnect of the routine! The perfect escape to visit Gubbio, Assisi and surroundings!

The staff, the place, breakfast, my room, nature...it was paradise for 2 days for me. Truly concept of harmony between nature and men. Ecological, beautiful, curated in all particular details.

Everything was great and nice. It was one of my best place to stay. No need to go out as everything is in the hotel. The breakfast was free and it was very great. you can have lunch and dinner at the location with very reasonable prices and the food was very very very nice as we enjoyed all receips and even the appetizers were super delicious. Safe place and different facilitis for kids to enjoy their stay. Our kids were having freedom to move alone within the hotel. The staff were very supportive and they even took care of our kids food when they went to have breakfast by their own selves. Umbria itself was very beatiful place and unfortunately not well known as Tuscany however it is not less than Tuscany at all and generally cheaper. In the summer, you can enjoy food outside enjoying the super refreshing environment. This is well recommended place to stay for at least two days. I would like to thank all the staff for their kindness and support and forbthe nice food and coffee as well.
